1. General

When you shop at JB Strate, you accept our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) incl. 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Subject to printing errors, price changes, out-of-stock items, and delivery failure from third parties.

3. Ordering and Payment

You can order goods via our webshop. When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. A final agreement on purchase is only concluded when we have sent you a shipping confirmation.

Payment can be made using the following payment methods:

Card payment via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

PayPal

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All communication and payment is handled via secure, encrypted connections (SSL).

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Denmark via:

The delivery time is usually 1-5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product. We ship orders as soon as possible after receiving payment. Delays may occur in the case of out-of-stock items or during peak seasons.

Shipping prices are shown at checkout and depend on weight, size, and delivery method.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing from jbstrate.dk.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the item. You must notify us clearly before the deadline expires that you wish to cancel the purchase – e.g., by sending an e-mail to info@jbstrate.dk.

Returns

In case of cancellation, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as received. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be sent to:

Please remember to include a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for the purchase.

If you cancel the purchase, we will refund the full amount (including delivery costs for standard delivery) within 14 days from the day we receive the returned item.

Note: There is no right of withdrawal on custom-made goods, e.g., products that are 3D-printed, laser-cut, or otherwise adapted to the customer’s wishes.

6. Warranty and Complaints

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a reduction in price – depending on the situation.

The complaint must be made within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. Complaints made within 2 months are always considered timely.

7. Returning Defective Items

When returning a defective item, you must state the defect as precisely as possible. We cover reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified.

8. Limitation of Liability

JB Strate cannot be held liable for indirect losses, operating losses, data losses, or other consequential damages that may arise as a result of using products purchased from us.

9. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable law. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

10. Right of Appeal

If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you can contact us at info@jbstrate.dk.

11. Governing Law and Venue

Purchases at JB Strate are subject to Danish law. Any disputes will be settled by the Danish courts.
